Used to be much better

Im at a meet right now. Just paid the $6.99 to upgrade and the app SUCKS! Its been almost 2 hours and the results for my swimmers first event are still not posted. (Not a meet-host issue). Ill be deleting this one.

They had a free app that worked well then they released this new version that you have to pay and doesnt work at all

I was disappointed in how this app has lost its usefulness and had to pay to find that out. However I was content to run it through a couple of meets before I passed judgment just in case the shortcomings were possibly from that particular event staff. There are potentially good portions in the new release. I like the idea of following your favorites over multiple meets. Overall though I do not see any improvement over the first meet I used the new software. Dont waste your money until they get it together and get rid of the programs bugs.

Why pay for this unusable app. The functionality is TERRIBLE now that it is subscription based. Every time I open it, it says there is a newer version, but there doesnt appear to be a newer version in the App Store. Pay for a subscription and it doesnt work!

I loved the functionality of the old app! I didnt even Ming paying if it was going to better. What a joke! Purchased the subscription on my iPad but it doesnt work so I tried it on my iPhone 5 and it keeps telling me I have to purchase the new update - I thought I already did. I even have the receipt to prove I purchased it. I want my money back! If youre going to charge people for something at least make sure it works! Bad business model!!!

Paid, still asking for fee. Asking me to upgrade, when upgrade is done and paid for. You should have upgraded and started charging once you made sure the upgrade works.

This app is not user friendly and difficult to navigate, if you want to charge for an app make sure it works. The free version was just fine, seems like a cash grab.

Love the old and dislike having to pay for something that was once free. I deleted this app and I will get results for free elsewhere.

At the time of this writing it appears that a subscription to this app must be purchased for each device (my daughter cant access it from her phone even though Ive subscribed). I dont mind paying as costs must be covered but with two swimmers and two parents all wanting to see the same thing at the same time the subscription costs for all of us are a bit ridiculous. Please consider making Family Share available or at least charging a discounted family price.

I too am now deleting this app. Used to be quite handy but now not so much. Must have hired the same geniuses that rolled out the Obamacare site to come out with this version. I will get my results elsewhere.

Its not worth paying for this at until they have it running as smoothly as the free version was. I have contacted the developers two times over the same issues in the last two weeks I have not had one response from them.

Not receiving alerts even though all is set up properly in settings. Delays in receiving results (live results are way faster...sometimes 20 minute delays in Meet mobile). Cant find favorites as easily as before. Too many glitches for a paid app! It was better when it was free.

Save yourself the money. I bought this new "pay" app in early Jan. The new improved app runs way slower than the previous one (I did not think this was possible). I cannot see the swimmers seed times until the day of the session (this happened for two separate meets). I also especially appreciate the constant pop up reminders to pay for the app. Hello ... I already paid for the app and you think the developers should know. To say the least, I am not impressed by the new and improved (and costly) app. I suggest you save your money and rely on club websites to fill in details about meet results.

It was much better when it was free. Dont pay until they have all the bugs fixed. Favorites is full of glitches. $6.99 is a bit steep per year.

Disappointing. Use to be a great FREE app. Now not only is it a money grab but does not work properly. Almost everyone on our team has deleted it. Not worth the money. Easier and cheaper to wait for results posted at meet.

Not worth your time or money.

Free app was way better - swimmers do not pop up in notifications anymore and it is very slow to update results. Hard to get swimmer results quickly - not as easy as the free app was. Wish I had read some reviews before paying $6.99 for this. Only app I have ever paid for and VERY disappointed so far.
