Meet Mobile: Swim App Reviews

You pay for this service, yet the servers are hardly ever up and running, and when they are up, the meet results lag behind the meet by hours and sometimes days. Horrible app and service.

Purchased heat sheet in-app and never received it. Terrible.

Nice app. Include heat sheets in monthly subscription though.

Im at a swim meet right now, and this is a good way to see my swimming results. This is a really good app and I would want to see it progress

While extremely useful at my end of year championship meets, the lack of sense in identifying teams/swimmers is ridiculous. It would be spectacular if there was an option to flag as duplicate to merge when capitalization differences treats my team(s) as separate identities. Also the fact that clicking on a favorite swimmer doesnt bring up all their past meets is mind boggling.

Wrote a LONG and Very involved review. I hit SEND and it said the Nickname had been used so it DELETED THE ENTIRE REVIEW GET A PHONE # SO WE CAN RESOLVE THINGS DONT believe the 24 hour help - the TOTAL BS DONT waste your money

Yalls servers are .... Um, less than reliable (thats the nicest way I can put it). Far to often data is unavailable.

They make you pay a $1.99 subscription to see the results - crooks!

Its up to the person running the computers at the meet to upload the results from their computer using Meet Manager to Meet Mobile. If the results arent there, the meet director doesnt want them to be uploaded until all the DQs are finalized and all the times are correct. Meet Mobile could have a better search algorithm for meets, however. Its almost impossible to find meets unless you know the exact name of the meet.

So to you have to 5 dollar to unlock anything in the app but yet it still doesnt even work after that wow. Waste of storage

I have an iPhone 5se with 9.3.4, so its very new. I paid for the subscription on this app but I cant access the times. I just crashes over and over. I want my money back!

Regardless of what I do. Hopefully this get fixed before meets start rolling in.

I used to love this app, used it for both kids... but new update Version 3.0.11 crashes within seconds of launching. I hope they release another update and fix this bug very soon! 1 Star. The app was updated with 24 hours of my previous review; subsequently, Im updating my review to 5 Stars.

I have had this app for years. Whatever they have done with the new update changed it. It doesnt even open anymore. Please fix this.

Save yourself the frustration and buy the printed program.

Used to be a good app, but now it freezes up constantly. I hope it is fixed soon!!

This app used to be good! Lately however all I get is an error message saying that information cant be retrieved and to check again later but it never works "later" This app was made to work instead of a program if you cant get the information when you need it then dont bother buying it!

I paid for heat sheets for a meet thru this app plus another fee to see my sons past times and got error messages for the entire meet saying the system couldnt process my request. Total waste of money

I dont know what is going on but the app crashes constantly. Every time I go on to get results it tells me cant do it now. No matter whether I am using data or my home wifi.

None of the meets are ever listed in here. When I search for a meet, it gives me meets that are in July - its October. I do not think the teams, organizations, or even USA Swim use it. They need to sell the psych sheets at the events, so just support the event instead.
